A $250 Non-Refundable deposit is required to be put on our puppy wait-list. Quality puppies
are not born every day, so the waiting is very worthwhile for an excellent puppy. This deposit is your commitment to purchase
a new puppy for your family. Our commitment is to fit you with the puppy that will fit the best in your family.
Once your deposit has been received, we will notify you to let know where you are
on the waiting list. The remaining balance of your puppy will be due before he/she goes home.
(At least 3 weeks before going home.) Once your puppy is born, an invoice will be sent to you for the remaining balance, which
MUST be paid in full before your puppy can go home. If your puppy is flying home, your puppy must be paid in full, including
all travel expenses no later than 3 weeks before your puppy goes home so we can make all flight arrangements.
Prairie Rose Farms reserves the right to keep any puppy from a litter for breeding purposes.
We accept money orders & cashiers checks, as well as any major credit cards & electronic
checks through PayPal. (NO PERSONAL CHECKS)
Once the puppies have been born for the litter you have chosen, we will send you pictures & updates frequently.
You can also arrange a visitation with us to see the puppies. However, we only make arrangements for visitation once the puppies
are 4 weeks of age (all guests will be required to scrub before handling the puppies). This is for the physical health
of the young puppies as well as the emotional stability of the new mom. We greatly appreciate your understanding!
**The puppies will not be allowed to go home before 8 weeks of age. (They will receive vaccines, microchips
(upon request), & their 6-week deworming before going home.)

our "kids"!! If you would like to stop out and see them for yourself, let us know and we can make arrangements. We are located
about an hour south of Omaha, NE and about an hour east of Lincoln, NE.
